Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant with strong hands-on implementation experience. The candidate will be responsible for leading requirement analysis, Configuration, testing and deployment of the EC module, while ensuring alignment with HR processes and best practices. Key Responsibilities :
Lead and support end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors employee central module
Strong knowledge in foundation objects & MDF, business rules, workflows, role-based permissions and event derivations and data models in employee central
Strong hands-on experience in Position management
Requirement gathering from clients and convert the business requirements into system configuration
Perform system testing, issue resolution and prepare deployment documents
Review quarterly releases and recommend enhancements to the client.
Perform instance refresh preparation, validation and post refresh activities
Resolve incidents and service requests within SLA, including the root cause analysis and permanent fixes
Collaborate with cross functional and integration teams for seamless system connectivity
Ability to design and document functional specifications
Strong client facing, communication and problem-solving skills
