SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

The SAP SuccessFactors Consultant role based in Hyderabad, Noida, or Pune offers a unique opportunity for individuals with 8-10 years of experience, including a minimum of 5 years in SuccessFactors implementation. As an immediate joiner, you will play a critical role in leading end-to-end implementation and providing post-go-live support for various SuccessFactors modules. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and configuring/customizing SuccessFactors modules to meet client needs. You will also work closely with technical teams for integrations using the SAP Integration Suite, conduct user training, prepare documentation, and support UAT activities. To excel in this role, you must possess super strong communication and client-facing skills, as you will be interacting with APAC clients regularly. Your maturity levels must be high to effectively handle and respond to various situations. Additionally, you should have expertise in at least 3 modules such as Employee Central, LMS, Onboarding, PMGM (Performance & Goals), and Recruiting. Familiarity with SAP Integration Suite and SuccessFactors integrations is crucial, along with proven experience in both implementation and support projects. Candidates with SAP SuccessFactors certifications in relevant modules and experience working with global clients, particularly in the APAC region, will be preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role.
