Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End RCM & ONB 2.0 Expertise along with EC & LMS

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors RCM and ONB 2.0 solutions to meet business needs.

Configuration Mastery:

Independently configure RCM templates, route maps, rating scales, business rules, job requisition, and application processes, as well as ONB 2.0 features, including data models and integrations.

Integration Knowledge:

Integrate RCM with Onboarding 2.0 (ONB), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), and Employee Central (EC).

Client & Stakeholder Management:

Conduct business process mapping, design future-state processes, and drive client engagements to align HR best practices with SuccessFactors functionality.

Project Leadership/Support:

Play a lead or supporting role in RCM and ONB 2.0 implementation projects.

Troubleshooting & Optimization:

Provide expertise in resolving issues and optimizing existing RCM and ONB configurations for improved user experience and process efficiency.

Mentoring & Knowledge Transfer:

Train and mentor less experienced consultants and clients on best practices for RCM and ONB modules.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience:

  10+ years of overall experience with a significant portion in SAP SuccessFactors RCM and ONB 2.0. along with EC

• Implementation Experience:

  Multiple full-cycle implementations of RCM and ONB 2.0.

• Technical Skills:

• Strong configuration skills in RCM and ONB 2.0, including business rules, metadata framework (MDF), and role-based permissions (RBP).
• Experience with integrations, potentially including SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).

• Consulting Acumen:

• Ability to analyze business processes and map them to SuccessFactors functionality.
• Strong client-facing, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships and drive strategic solutions.

LMS SUPPORT knowledge on at least

• Certifications (Preferred):

  SAP SuccessFactors RCM and/or ONB 2.0 certification.

Nice-to-Have Skills: EC & LMS

• Experience with Recruiting Marketing (RMK) and Career Site Builder.
• Advanced Analytics and Reporting in RCM.
• Experience with data migration and HR analytics
