Job Description

Role Overview: As a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant for a Contract-to-Hire role, your main responsibility will be to configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, PMGM, LMS, and more. You will collaborate closely with HR stakeholders to ensure that system functionality aligns with business requirements. Additionally, you will provide support during go-live and post-implementation phases, conduct training sessions, and develop user documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and implement various SAP SuccessFactors modules. - Collaborate with HR stakeholders to ensure system functionality meets business requirements. - Provide support during go-live and post-implementation phases. - Conduct training sessions and create user documentation. Qualifications Required: - Possess over 10 years of experience in SAP HR/SuccessFactors. - Have hands-on experience in at least 2 end-to-end implementations. - Preferably hold a SuccessFactors certification. - Demonstrate excellent communication and consulting skills.,
