SAP Successfactor ONBoarding

1. 8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience in a consulting & delivery role

2. 3+ full life cycle SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 implementations including Onboarding 1.0 to ONB 2.0 migrations and support.

3. Active Certification in SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 Modules, with certification in Employee Central (EC) a being required.

4. Strong cross functional knowledge of the SuccessFactors system with special focus on Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0, People Analytics for Onboarding reports.

5. Good knowledge on troubleshooting Onboarding 2.0 issues including build for custom solutions and propose workarounds for customers to address product challenges.

6. SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruiting

7. Experience conducting design workshops and configuring platform for Recruiting and Onboarding Process

8. Rich experience working with global customers and global teams

9. Experience working with custom panels and integrations with 3rd party vendors like ServiceNow 10. Trouble-shoot issues and offer solutioning and user guidance when needed

11. Maintain project documentation (Validation documents/KEDB etc.)

and adhere to customer’s quality policy and procedures.

• Build strong, trusted relationships at every level of the customer organization, driving customer and project success
• Coach and guide customers around SAP Onboarding 2.0 features, capabilities and limitations and provide a migration roadmap from Onboarding 1.0 to Onboarding 2.0.
• Provide solutions as per customer requirements, adhering to SuccessFactors best practice processes and project scope
• Work with customers to build and realize their process improvements within the scope of program and technology
• Liaison with onshore & offshore teams for project delivery, bridging the gap for knowledge and time zone differences
• Own and ensure the SAP SuccessFactors configuration are delivered meeting project requirements supporting project and BAU requirements
• Creation / Enhancements of Assets, Tools & Accelerators to drive customer-centric innovation.
