1. 8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience in a consulting & delivery role
2. 3+ full life cycle SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 implementations including Onboarding 1.0 to ONB 2.0 migrations and support.
3. Active Certification in SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 Modules, with certification in Employee Central (EC) a being required.
4. Strong cross functional knowledge of the SuccessFactors system with special focus on Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0, People Analytics for Onboarding reports.
5. Good knowledge on troubleshooting Onboarding 2.0 issues including build for custom solutions and propose workarounds for customers to address product challenges.
6. SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruiting
7. Experience conducting design workshops and configuring platform for Recruiting and Onboarding Process
8. Rich experience working with global customers and global teams
9. Experience working with custom panels and integrations with 3rd party vendors like ServiceNow 10. Trouble-shoot issues and offer solutioning and user guidance when needed
11. Maintain project documentation (Validation documents/KEDB etc.)
and adhere to customer’s quality policy and procedures.
