Description
As an experienced SAP Architect specializing in SuccessFactors and HCM Domain, your main responsibilities will include: - Proficiently designing and architecting SAP-SuccessFactors solutions to align with Customers" Tender specifications and requirements. - Drawing high-level design flow diagrams and articulating solution proposals for SuccessFactors Modules. - Conducting Transformation studies from ECC 6.0 and other HCM ERPs, providing technical assessments, and proposing innovative solutions to meet business needs. - Developing an SAP landscape roadmap considering current and future business needs, technology advancements, and industry trends. - Providing technical expertise and guidance on SAP SF-related topics, including system integration, data management, performance optimization, security, and scalability. - Collaborating with stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and sustainable SAP solutions. - Defining and enforcing architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices for SAP SF development, customization, and integration. - Staying updated with the latest SAP SF technologies, tools, and methodologies and evaluating their potential benefits for the organization. - Collaborating with Sales team and Customers operations teams to ensure the right solutions and estimates. - Cooperating with global and Internal SuccessFactors teams. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 20+ years of professional experience in SuccessFactors and HCM Domain area. - 10+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors software development and architecture. - Experience in communication to provide complex information with diplomatic tact. - Proven experience as an SAP Architect with a deep understanding of SAP-HCM modules, components, and architecture. - Experience with cloud-based SAP solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors including SAP Cloud Platform and BTP. - Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Recruiting Management, and Learning Management. - Hands-on experience with PoC and knowledge in Presales, Onboarding, Offboarding, Performance & Goals, Succession & Planning, Compensation, and Declaration and Discipline Management. - Familiarity with working tools like SAP Transformation Navigator, SAP Value Lifecycle Management, SAP Signavio Process Modeler, and mind map. - Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts effectively. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. - Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,
