SAP Success Factor & HR Lead

Location: Kolkata/Ahmedabad

Experience: 10 years to 12years



Interview Mode: Online Drive

Interview Date: 8th Oct 2025 (Saturday)

Interview Time: 10: 00 AM to 4: 00 PM



Must Have:

  1. 4 – 6 End-End-To Implementations in SuccessFactors for multiple modules and atleast 4 Application Maintenance projects
  2. Candidates must possess valid certification and relevant experience in multiple SuccessFactors modules, including a minimum of four modules as well as mandatory expertise in the Employee Central and Payroll modules.
  3. Deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, especially Employee Central with strong understanding of system integration (BIB, API, Falt File) and IAS/IPS base authentication.
  4. Proficient in designing comprehensive end-to-end HR solutions and integrating them with both SAP and non-SAP systems.
  5. Ability to understand business processes and requirements, advise on HR best practices, and tailor the SuccessFactors system to meet client needs by translating business requirements into strategic roadmap and blueprint development.
  6. Keep up with regulatory changes, compliance updates, and new SuccessFactors features, while actively monitoring the solution to recommend improvements.
  7. Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  8. Facilitate effective communication (written and verbal) communication with stakeholders and team members.
  9. Strong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management
  10. Excellent troubleshooting, error analysis and problem-solving abilities.
  11. Excellent experience in developing and running Story / Advanced and ad-hoc reports based on the requirements
  12. Experience supporting pre-sales activities and developing proposals for new business.



Good-to-Have:

  1. Experience working with Agile and ASAP/ACTIVATE project delivery methodologies for HR implementation.
  2. Understand cloud security, data privacy, and compliance requirement in HR
  3. Knowledge in intelligent Services and advance features that enable automation and process optimization
  4. Experience in other modules including SAP HCM
  5. Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer's current process and future state requirements and support in presales
