Job Description

Job Purpose

To implement, configure, support, and optimize the SAP SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) module, ensuring procurementrelated business processes are efficient, compliant, and integrated with related SAP modules and external systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead or participate in full lifecycle SAP SRM implementations: requirement gathering / blueprinting, design, configuration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), cutover and golive.
Configure SRM functionalities such as: Procurement (shopping cart PO goods/services receipt) Selfservice procurement Operational procurement Strategic sourcing / RFx / Auction / e-sourcing Contract management / central contract management External / punch-out catalogs (OCI) Approval workflows (shopping cart, contract, PO, invoice)
Define business/ functional requirements by engaging with stakeholders (procurement, finance, supply chain, vendor management).
Map asis vs tobe business processes, identify gaps and propose solutions that align with best practices.
Ensure integration with other SAP modules (MM, FI, WM, etc.) and non-SAP systems (catalogs, supplier portals, external systems).
Develop functional specification documents, gap analyses, impact analyses.
Assist in data migration, master data set up / replication (e.g., vendor master, product catalog, org structure).
Support testing phases (integration testing, regression testing etc.), ensure functional correctness, document defects, and collaborate with technical teams for remediation.
Provide post-go-live support: troubleshoot, resolve issues, enhancements.
Conduct end user training, prepare user manuals / documentation.
Recommend process improvements and drive standardization and best practices within SRM / procurement domain.
