Were committed to your development, diversity, and well-being. What you ll do: Conduct Fit-Gap test between business requirements and SAP BRIM solutions. Work on requirements definition, solution design and build, risk test, customization, testing and training. System configuration for SOM (in S4 Hana SAP CRM) or SAP CC or SAP CI-FICA Work on Middleware design configuration between BRIM modules, SAP Non-SAP systems managing internal external system integrations. Support Order Contract Management processes, Setting up Products, Business Partners related Master/Transaction Data; Key Responsibilities Responsible for planning and executing Hybris Billing BRIM SOM Implementation / Integrate / Support Ability to create Process Definition Document / Design Document (PDD), Business Design Documents (BDD) and Business Process Procedure (BPP) for the solutions provided. Ability to configure SAP BRIM SOM module and deliver work products/packages conforming to the Clients Standards Requirements. Strong configuration hands-on experience in SAP CRM/SD modules. To provide Consulting Services to Acuiti Labs clients for implementation and support Identify integration issues and develop solutions to these issues Work effectively in mixed Client and Consultancy teams Required Qualifications Good understanding of the One order Framework Good understanding of CRM middleware configuration and developments Conceptually strong understanding of object-oriented programming Implementation experience would be good to have Must be willing to learn and get trained on SAP BRIM Module Configuration of Sales Order Management, Leads and Opportunity Management, Contracts Management, Quotation Management, Pipeline Performance Management, etc. Configured the Middleware settings in CRM and ECC, Administration Console, Data Loads, and Middleware Enhancements using BADIs and User Exits. Configured the Web UI, Business Roles, PFCG Roles, Navigation Profile, Work Centers, Technical Profile, etc. Comprehensively involved in designing custom enhancements using various CRM BADIs and CRM WEBUI. Worked with the training and testing teams to ensure the project teams produce quality deliverables. Responsible for training business users and post-go-live support activities. Understanding of SAP S/4 HANA 1909 would be good to have. Familiarity with the basic business processes in the following Functional Areas: SAP SD pricing functionality SAP CRM Education: BE/ B.Tech /MBA
