Job Title: Junior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant

Location: Pondicherry
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant with 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate should have foundational knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, especially Employee Central Payroll, and a good understanding of payroll processes and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation and configuration of SAP SF Employee Central Payroll (ECP) for clients.
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing client requirements and documenting payroll processes.
  • Participate in payroll data replication and integration between EC and ECP, using tools such as SAP CPI or Integration Center.
  • Assist in payroll testing, data validation, and parallel runs under the guidance of senior consultants.
  • Help configure wage types, payroll rules, infotypes, and time settings as needed.
  • Provide support for issue resolution, troubleshooting payroll errors, and supporting end users.
  • Maintain proper documentation for configuration, testing, and user training.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including functional and technical SAP consultants.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, preferably in Employee Central Payroll.
  • Basic knowledge of payroll configuration (wage types, infotypes, PCRs, schemas).
  • Understanding of Employee Central and its integration with payroll systems.
  • Exposure to SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or Integration Center is an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and adapt quickly to new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP SuccessFactors ECP or Employee Central certification (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience with India payroll or any other country-specific payroll is a plus.
  • Familiarity with payroll processes, compliance, and statutory requirements.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
