Key Responsibilities: - Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution - Experience in SAP HCM Success Factors Employee Central - Conduct at least one end-to-end implementation - Possess excellent Communication & Presentation skills - Collaborate effectively as a team player - Understand the Employee Life Cycle Management process in Global organizations - Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis - Provide Consulting Services to global organizations in HCM Best Practices - Aid clients in migrating to SAP HCM Cloud solutions - Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects - Create Solution Design for SuccessFactors Employee Management Solution in compliance with Best Practices - Hands-on experience with Data Models and proficient in XML - Work with MDF, foundation objects, associations, Business rules, and workflows - Expertise in translations and upload translation packs for data models configuration and MDF - Prepare & Execute Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts - Demonstrate strong learning ability, agility, and willingness to acquire new competencies - Adapt quickly to new tasks and environments Qualification Required: - BE/BTech/MCA/MBA with a sound industry experience of 3 to 5 years - Industry or consulting experience - Excellent understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process in Global organizations Additional Company Details: EY exists to build a better working world by creating long-term value for clients, people, and society while building trust in the capital markets.
