Job Description

Your Role

Implement and deploy SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions to meet defined business objectives.

Configure and customize Employee Central modules including workflows, business rules, and data models to align with client requirements.

Perform detailed analysis of complex business processes and translate them into system configurations.

Manage SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central projects to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and develop new solutions to meet evolving business needs.

Your Profile

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation and support.

Strong understanding of HR business processes and how they translate into Employee Central configurations.

Experience in data migration activities including data mapping, transformation, and validation.

Proficiency in handling incidents, change requests, and application monitoring.

Exposure to integration with other SAP modules or third-party systems is a plus.
