Job Description

We are looking for a skilled SAP SD Support professional with 5-12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution, including S4 HANA and Fiori apps.

Roles and Responsibility

Configure the system for new change requests and drive RICEFW changes (FS, Testing, UAT closure, and go-live).
Create Business Process Documentation, Test Plan, and Test Package Scope.
Handle Serialisation, Batch Management, and Handling units.
Interface with external applications and integrate with legacy applications and cross-modules.
Debug ABAP issues.
Work with clients from offshore, providing excellent communication and support.

Job Requirements

Experience in Enhancements, roll out, and support.
Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes, RMA, Pricing, and Billing and Delivery processing.
Experience in warehouse management.
Excellent client communication skills and ability to work with clients from offshore.
Knowledge of SAP SD Support and related modules.
Ability to configure the system for new change requests and drive RICEFW changes.
