Job Description

L2/L3 support

Sales Order Processing

Perform configuration changes and updates in the SD module to support business requirements.

cross-functional teams

month-end and quarter-end closing activities

root cause analysis (RCA)

functional specifications

testing activities

Work closely with business users to understand issues, gather requirements, and provide functional expertise.

Maintain system documentation, process flows, and change logs in accordance with ITIL practices.

Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years

4-6 years of experience as an SAP SD Functional Consultant in
support or AMS environments
.
Strong understanding of
Order-to-Cash (O2C)
processes, including sales order management, shipping, billing, and returns.
Hands-on experience in
pricing procedures, output determination, partner functions, and credit management
.
Good knowledge of
integration points
between SD and other modules (FI, MM, and PP).
Experience in resolving
billing, pricing, and invoice-related
issues in live systems.
Familiarity with
ticketing tools
(ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, etc. ).
Exposure to
SAP S/4HANA SD
(Fiori apps, Business Partner, new credit management) is an advantage.
