Role Overview

SAP SD + CS Consultant

Responsibilities (SAP SD & CS/SM)

• Configure key SAP SD and CS components, including Pricing, Billing, Sales Orders, Deliveries, Service Orders, Contracts, Notifications, Repairs, and Warranty Claims.
• Support O2C and after-sales service processes, including returns, repairs, field service activities, and service billing.
• Manage integrations with FI, MM, PP, WM, and other logistics/finance modules.
• Handle incidents, changes, enhancements, and functional documentation.
• Contribute to S/4HANA or ECC implementations, rollouts, migrations, and enhancements.
• Requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, and solution architecture.
• Prepare functional specs, work with ABAP teams, and support custom developments.
• Execute testing (unit, integration, UAT), deliver training, and provide Go-Live and SME support.

Skills Required:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD and SAP CS/SM modules, with strong knowledge of O2C, service management, and after-sales processes.
• Expertise in configuring service orders, notifications, warranties, and repair workflows.
• Familiarity with S/4HANA functionalities such as Service Management, Condition Contracts, and Advanced ATP.
• Good understanding of IDocs, integrations/interfaces, EDI, and basic debugging.
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
• SAP certification in SD or CS (preferred).
• Experience with SAP CRM Service or SAP C4C Service (preferred).
• Industry experience in pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, engineering, or after-sales service domains (preferred).
• Exposure to 3rd-party logistics or service-partner integrations (preferred).
