Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant with S/4HANA

Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad & Pune

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP ECC-FICO Consultant with extensive experience in migrating and upgrading SAP ECC systems to S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, along with hands-on experience in planning, executing, and managing end-to-end S/4HANA migration or upgrade projects.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP FICO Operations and Support:

Manage and enhance SAP ECC FICO module functionalities, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, and more.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand financial requirements and provide innovative SAP-based solutions.

S/4HANA Migration and Upgrade:

Lead and execute the planning and implementation of ECC to S/4HANA migration or system upgrades.

Conduct system readiness assessments, custom code checks, and compatibility analyses to ensure a seamless migration process.

Facilitate data migration activities, including data cleansing, mapping, and validation.

Leverage tools such as SAP Readiness Check, SAP Transformation Navigator, and SAP Data Migration Cockpit for migration-related tasks.

System Configuration and Optimization:

Configure and optimize SAP FI and CO modules to align with S/4HANA capabilities and business requirements.

Implement FIORI applications for finance-related processes and ensure a user-friendly experience.

Provide recommendations on best practices for leveraging S/4HANA innovations like Universal Journal, Central Finance, and Embedded Analytics.

Integration and Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including logistics, supply chain, and technical teams, to ensure integrated business processes.

Coordinate with ABAP developers and Basis administrators for technical aspects of the migration.

Testing and Training:

Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and resolve issues during migration or upgrade projects.

Conduct end-user training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of the new system.

Documentation and Reporting:

Prepare detailed project documentation, including functional specifications, migration plans, and end-user manuals.

Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, IT, or a related field.

Experience:

8+ years of experience in SAP ECC FICO implementation and support.

3+ years of experience in S/4HANA migration or upgrade projects.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in SAP FI and CO modules, including integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD)
