Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Consultant to lead and support a full-cycle SAP S/4HANA . The role involves managing requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Procurement and Inventory Management processes with proven expertise in S/4HANA and integration with EWM, TM, and FI modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct business requirement workshops for Procurement and Inventory functions.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Export and Import processes.
• Configure SAP MM processes, including:
• Purchase Requisition & Purchase Order Management
• Source Lists, Vendor Master, Info Records, Contracts & RFQ Processing
• Goods Receipt, Put-away, Goods Issue, Material Movements, Physical Inventory
• Integration with FI, EWM, TM, and DRC modules.
• Support development of WRICEF objects for MM-related customizations and interfaces.
• Participate in data migration for material master, vendor master, open POs, and stock load.
• Prepare test scripts, execute SIT and UAT, and resolve defects.
• Create training materials and conduct train-the-trainer sessions.
• Support cutover planning and hypercare activities post go-live.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP MM, with at least one end-to-end S/4HANA Greenfield Implementation.
• Strong functional knowledge of:
• Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle and Service Procurement
• GR/IR and FI Integration
• Inventory Management and Logistics Execution
• Proven experience in EWM and TM integration (mandatory).

Technical & Integration Skills

• Hands-on experience in S/4HANA integration with EWM and TM (deliveries, freight, warehouse postings).
• Strong understanding of MMFI integration (GR/IR, tax, invoice posting).
• Proficiency in SAP interfacing technologies:
• IDocs (Inbound/Outbound ORDERS, INVOIC, MATMAS, LESWM, DESADV)
• BAPIs for PO, GR, Vendor, Material, etc.
• RFC/BAPI (standard & custom)
• Exposure to SAP CPI or other middleware platforms for integration monitoring.
• Experience in API (REST/OData) consumption for supplier or logistics integrations.
• Ability to write and validate functional specifications for WRICEF developments.
• Awareness of EDI and 3PL integrations (preferred).
• Experience with cutover & data migration tools such as LTMC/Migration Cockpit and LSMW.
