Description:

Grade: C1 JD:SAP SD with CS SAP experience 7 to 10 years of SAP experience in implementation support rollout projects Good understanding of Business Process Knowledge Understanding of project implementation methodologies and ITIL processes Responsibility Candidate is expected to have one or two implementation experience of SAP Customer Service Implement and Support the SAP solution Work on support engagement and manage tickets knowledge of SLAs RCA Contribute to competency and work on PoC PoVs Co ordinate with technical team on custom objects Interacting with customers understanding the requirements proposing solutions methodology etc Should be an individual Contributor and team player Qualification Graduate or Post Graduation or Professional Certification Preferences Relevant SAP Certification Domain experience exposure Flexibile to work in different time zones Skill Competency ASAP Methodology ITIL Methodolgy Enterprise structure Master data Service notifications Service quotations Service orders Service contracts Repair orders Warranties Inhouse repair scenario DIP Profile configuration Serial nos management Free of charge order Named Job Posting?
