Roles and Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementation projects for SAP SD module, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs. Provide technical expertise on SAP SD configuration, customization, and integration with other modules (e.g., FICO). Develop test plans, execute tests, and analyze results to ensure system functionality meets specifications. Participate in rollouts by providing support during go-live phases and resolving issues post-implementation. Provide support for existing SAP SD systems including ECC and S/4HANA environments. Perform system testing, user training, and documentation. Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD issues, ensuring minimal business disruption. Prepare functional specifications and work with technical teams for developments. Keep up to date with the latest developments in SAP S/4HANA SD. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) module. Strong understanding of SAP Implementation Cycle including planning, execution, testing, deployment, maintenance & support phases. Experience with End-To-End Implementation projects from requirement gathering to production support. At least 2 full-cycle implementation projects (ECC and/or S/4HANA). Strong understanding of core SD processes: sales orders, deliveries, billing, pricing, credit management, and returns. Experience in integration with other SAP modules like MM and FI. Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA . Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
