Sap Sd Consultant

Key Responsibilities

1. SAP SD Configuration & Implementation

• Configure core SD components:

  Master Data, Pricing, ATP, Credit Management, MMSD integration, Billing, Shipping

  .
• Support end-to-end business processes from

  Order-to-Cash (O2C)

  .
• Work on enhancements, customizations, and system improvements based on business requirements.

2. Enhancements & Technical Integration

• Develop and support

  User Exits, Customer Exits, BADIs

  , and enhancement frameworks.
• Handle

  IDoc configurations, monitoring, troubleshooting

  , and integration with external systems.
• Work with technical teams (ABAP) for functional specifications and testing of custom developments.

3. Production Support & Issue Resolution

• Provide L2/L3 support for SD incidents and service requests.
• Analyze issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Ensure smooth business operations during month-end and year-end activities.

4. Documentation & Testing

• Prepare

  functional specifications

  , test cases, process documents, and training materials.
• Conduct

  Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT

  with business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 years of hands-on experience in

  SAP Sales & Distribution

  .
• Strong understanding of

  Order-to-Cash (O2C)

  process.
• Good knowledge of

  User Exits, BADIs, BAPIs

  , and SD enhancements.
• Experience with

  IDoc processing

  , partner profiles, and EDI integrations.
• Ability to work on

  pricing procedures, billing plans, account determination

  , and shipping processes.
• Experience in working with cross-functional areas (MM, FI, PP).
• Strong analytical, communication, and client-interaction skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with

  S/4HANA SD

  features (Fiori apps, new billing processes).
• Basic understanding of

  integration with CRM or third-party applications

  .
• Knowledge of debugging (preferred).

Education

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
