SAP SD Consultant

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the configuration and implementation of the SAP SD module, covering processes such as Order to Cash (OTC), Pricing, Billing, and Credit Management.
• Work closely with the business team to gather requirements, analyze them, and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Perform system testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide support in troubleshooting issues, analyzing root causes, and implementing permanent solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with MM (Material Management) and FI (Financial Accounting) modules.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical and functional documentation for all implemented solutions.
• Support end-users with day-to-day transactions, issue resolution, and system enhancements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and efficiency.
  

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in the SAP SD module, specifically in Order to Cash, Pricing, and Billing.
• Proficiency in configuration, testing, and support activities.
• Good understanding of the integration between SD, MM, and FI modules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
