As an SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) Business Systems Architect/Lead at Regal Rexnord, you will have a vital role in managing all aspects of the SAP SD application, ensuring alignment between business requirements and application solutions/services. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding Regal Rexnord SAP Global Template and providing solutions to align business needs with application services. - Evaluating, designing, planning, configuring, and delivering effective solutions within Sales and Distribution. - Expanding knowledge of data, processes, and integration points with other SAP modules and industry best practices. - Supporting value realization initiatives by ensuring consistent system utilization and standardized controls. - Enhancing integration knowledge between Web Interfaces and SAP. - Leading business process and master data redesign to align with SAP best practices. - Developing a strong SAP user community through training, support, and knowledge sharing. - Assisting team members and customers with problem-solving related to software application performance. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Current SAP ECC 6.0 Sales & Distribution (SD) knowledge and experience. - At least five full lifecycle SAP ECC 6.0 implementations as a functional/technical professional. - 10+ years of hands-on configuration and implementation/support experience in SAP SD. - Strong understanding of integration points with other SAP modules. - Experience in developing systems requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and implementing business solutions. - Proficiency in communicating technical information to non-technical audiences. - Acute attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. - Ability to foster teamwork in a fast-paced project environment. - Capability to influence business teams and understand requirements effectively. - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification. This role may involve travel up to 20% of the time, mostly during project milestones, kaizen, or similar events.,
