Job Title:

SAP S/4HANA ePPDS Consultant

Experience:

8 10 years

Location:

Pan india

We are seeking a highly experienced

SAP S/4HANA ePPDS Consultant

with strong hands-on expertise in

Extended Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (ePPDS)

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP s advanced planning solutions to optimize production processes and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design Implementation

Analyze business requirements and design end-to-end
SAP ePPDS
solutions.
Configure master data, planning heuristics, and optimizers within
S/4HANA ePPDS
.
Ensure alignment of system design with business processes and goals.

2. Integration

Integrate
ePPDS
with other SAP modules such as
SAP IBP
,
S/4HANA PP
, and other related systems via
CIF
.
Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization across systems.

3. Project Management

Lead or participate in full lifecycle
SAP ePPDS
implementation projects from blueprinting and configuration to go-live and post-implementation support.

4. User Training Support

Conduct user workshops and training sessions.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure effective system usage.

5. Process Optimization

Identify and implement improvements in planning and scheduling processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

6. Documentation

Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and user manuals.

7. Technical Expertise

Apply advanced
PPDS functionalities
such as characteristics-dependent planning, shelf-life planning, and campaign planning.

8. Continuous Learning

Stay updated with the latest SAP
ePPDS
features, tools, and best practices.

Key Skills Qualifications:

8 10 years of total SAP experience, with
hands-on expertise in S/4HANA ePPDS
.
Strong understanding of
production planning, scheduling, and supply chain processes
.
Proficiency in
CIF integration, heuristics, optimizers
, and planned order management.
Experience in
SAP PP module
and integration with other SAP solutions.
Excellent
analytical, communication, and stakeholder management
skills.
Proven experience in
implementation, configuration, and support
of SAP ePPDS projects.
Ability to conduct workshops, deliver training, and document business processes effectively.
