As a SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Lead at TracTeck, you will be responsible for directing both functional and technical teams, remaining hands-on for critical objects, and possessing strong functional knowledge across multiple SAP modules. Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities and qualifications: **Role Overview:** You will lead the cross-functional and technical delivery of the end-to-end S/4HANA data migration program, facilitate business/functional workshops, translate process designs into functional data rules, establish data quality KPIs and reconciliation, orchestrate mock loads, dress rehearsals, cutover, and hyper care, and provide executive-level communication. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead cross-functional and technical delivery of the S/4HANA data migration program - Facilitate business/functional workshops to finalize object scope - Translate process designs into functional data rules per module - Coordinate with MDG teams when present - Establish data quality KPIs and reconciliation - Orchestrate mock loads, dress rehearsals, cutover, and hyper care - Provide executive-level communication **Qualifications:** - Proven success leading full-cycle S/4HANA data migration programs - Strong functional understanding across at least three SAP modules - Ability to manage both functional and technical resources - Experience delivering migrations in environments where MDG exists - Excellent client-facing communication and executive presence **Additional Details:** TracTeck is seeking an individual with a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline, along with 10-14 years of overall SAP experience and 5+ years focused on S/4HANA data migration. Certifications in SAP Activate, S/4HANA functional modules, and SAP BODS/Syniti are preferred.
