Pre-Sales Executive – RFID SolutionsDubai / Remote Role Description:We are looking for a Junior Pre-Sales Executive to support our sales and business development teams in positioning RFID-based IT applications and hardware solutions. The role involves understanding customer requirements, preparing solution proposals, and assisting in demonstrations and proof-of-concepts. This is an entry-level role designed for individuals eager to build a career in technology solution selling, with a focus on RFID and related emerging technologies.Key Responsibilities:Assist sales teams in understanding customer requirements and mapping them to suitable RFID solutions.Conduct product presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts for clients.Prepare technical and commercial proposals, solution documentation, and presentations.Collaborate with internal teams (engineering & delivery) to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with customer needs.Support responses to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders.Stay updated on RFID technology trends, competitors, and market developments.Maintain product knowledge and participate in training sessions to improve technical expertise.Support in customer workshops, seminars, and events.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in IT, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical support.Basic understanding of RFID technologies, IoT, and enterprise IT applications.Strong presentation and communication skills.Ability to grasp customer needs and translate them into business/technical solutions.Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).Willingness to travel for client meetings and demos.Preferred Skills (Good to Have)Exposure to RFID middleware, readers, or tag integration.Previous experience in IT hardware/software solution selling.
