Job Description

10 14 years
of SAP experience with
minimum 5 years
leading and delivering
S/4HANA data migration
(hands-on + leadership).
Proven ability to
lead both functional and technical teams
, with strong
functional know-how across multiple modules
(e.g.,
SD, MM, PP, QM, EWM, FI/CO, AA, PM
) to drive object-level decisions with business stakeholders.
Ownership of
2 3 end-to-end S/4HANA migration programs
(planning, design, build, cutover, hyper care).
Have good overview with
BODS/Syniti
,
LSMW/LTMC
,
IDoc/BAPI
, and
SQL
for extraction and validation so that he/she can drive client meetings and gather requirements
Strong
data quality reconciliation
background (profiling, match/merge, de-duplication, control totals, pre/post-load checks).
Excellent client-facing communication; able to
operate independently with minimal support
.
Exposure to MDG in migration contexts
(aligning to MDG standards/validations and coordinating with MDG teams).
This is not an MDG operations role.
bachelors degree in a relevant field;
Preferred certifications:

One S/4HANA functional module
(e.g., SD/MM/FI/CO).
Based in (or willing to relocate to)
Mumbai
; comfortable with
hybrid work
and occasional travel.

Note: We are not looking for any BODS or Syniti resources. We are looking for a Data Migration Lead who can lead both technical and functional teams and deliver an end-to-end S/4 HANA Data Migration project.
