We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Manufacturing Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). The role involves leading end-to-end implementations, solution design, and integration across manufacturing and supply chain operations to drive digital transformation and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in SAP PP/QM with MES integration, deep functional knowledge of manufacturing processes, and a proven ability to align business and IT for large-scale manufacturing clients.

Must-Have Skills (Mandatory):

10-15 years of experience in SAP PP/QM with strong exposure to MES implementation and integration. Hands-on experience in full-cycle SAP implementations, including at least one on S/4HANA. Expertise in configuring Work Centers, Routing, BOMs, MRP, Capacity Planning, and Shop Floor Control. Strong functional knowledge of Quality Management - inspection plans, MICs, catalogs, CAPA, audit management, and quality certificates. Proven ability to integrate SAP PP/QM with MES for real-time production execution, OEE, WIP tracking, and labor management. Experience in integration with MM, SD, CO, PM, WM/EWM modules. Strong stakeholder management and ability to lead workshops, UAT, and user training. Ability to prepare functional specifications, blueprints, and solution documents.

Good-to-Have Skills (Optional):

Experience with SAP ME, SAP MII, Siemens Opcenter, or Rockwell FactoryTalk. Knowledge of digital manufacturing, IoT, and Industry 4.0 integrations. Familiarity with SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) and Fiori applications. Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, or other continuous improvement methodologies. SAP PP/QM certifications (ECC or S/4HANA). APICS CPIM / CSCP or Lean Six Sigma certification.

Qualifications Experience:

Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Electrical / Electronics), Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Computer Science. Master s degree (MBA in Operations / Supply Chain / Industrial Management) is an added advantage. 10-15 years of progressive experience in SAP PP/QM implementations with MES exposure. Experience in large-scale manufacturing or discrete/process industry environments. Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
