Job Description

We are looking for a skilled SAP RTR Process Lead to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience and a strong background in E-Learning/EdTech industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the implementation of SAP RTR processes.
Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process issues.
Analyze and report on process performance metrics.
Provide training and support to end-users on SAP RTR processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of SAP RTR modules and functionalities.
Experience in managing and leading process improvement initiatives.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in an E-Learning/EdTech industry is preferred.
