Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled SAP RCA Analyst Basis to join our Applications Root Cause Analysis (RCA) team. The ideal candidate will investigate outages, failed service requests, and technical escalations, focusing on SAP NetWeaver technology. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to resolve issues, identify problem trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across cloud and on-premise SAP environments. Key Responsibilities: Investigate and follow up on SAP system outages, failed service requests, and customer escalations. Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to implement permanent resolutions. Analyze recurring problem patterns and support problem management processes. Create and maintain documentation including incident item databases, lessons learned, and RCA reports. Drive initiatives for service quality improvements, process optimization, and automation. Work beyond RCA tasks by participating in innovation, strategic alignment, and proactive support planning. Technical Skills and Requirements: Solid understanding of SAP application technology used by ECS, including S/4HANA and SAP ABAP platforms. Expertise in SAP NetWeaver, SAP Cloud Connector, BOBJ, Convergent Charging, OpenText, HANA XSA, etc. Familiarity with hybrid cloud/on-premise SAP system landscapes and operations. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities in SAP technical environments. Excellent documentation and presentation skills. Effective communication with global stakeholders including ECS teams, SAP customers, and support teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in ECS (Enterprise Cloud Services) or similar managed SAP service organizations. Exposure to various SAP tools and technologies used in operations and support. Knowledge of incident and problem management frameworks such as ITIL.
