SAP Project Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading and managing SAP S/4HANA implementation projects in a public cloud environment. Your role will involve ensuring timely delivery, adherence to project scope, budget, and quality standards. Collaboration with stakeholders, development of detailed project plans, management of cross-functional teams, monitoring project progress, and driving continuous improvement initiatives will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects in a public cloud environment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope, budget, and quality standards. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables. - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. - Manage cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless execution of project tasks. - Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively. - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns to ensure satisfaction. - Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and organizational policies throughout the project lifecycle. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery and enhance team performance. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Business Administration, or Engineering. - 8 to 12 years of experience in SAP project management, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA and public cloud implementations. - Strong understanding of SAP systems, project methodologies, and cloud-based solutions. - Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. - Experience in risk management, resource planning, and stakeholder engagement.
