SAP Project Manager

As a SAP Project Manager specializing in FICO, PS, CS, and MM modules, your main responsibility will be to take end-to-end ownership of SAP Global Template Rollout projects. This involves leading cross-functional teams, driving process integration, and aligning modules to ensure successful project delivery. You will manage all phases of rollout from planning to post-go-live support, defining and controlling project scope, deliverables, and KPIs. It will be crucial for you to coordinate with stakeholders, external partners, and technical teams to guarantee quality across data migration, testing, training, and hypercare. Your role will also involve managing project risks and delivering results within waterfall or agile frameworks, emphasizing compliance and process excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of SAP Global Template Rollout projects specializing in SAP FICO or SAP PS/CS/MM modules - Lead cross-functional teams and drive process integration and module alignment - Manage all phases of rollout from planning to post-go-live support - Define and control project scope, deliverables, and KPIs - Coordinate with stakeholders, external partners, and technical teams - Ensure quality across data migration, testing, training, and hypercare - Manage project risks and deliver results within waterfall or agile frameworks Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or Engineering (MBA/Finance/SAP certifications preferred) - 10+ years of SAP experience with 7+ years of relevant module focus (FICO or PS/CS/MM) - 3+ years of experience as an SAP Project Manager in S/4HANA Greenfield implementations - At least 2 full SAP project lifecycles managed (waterfall or agile) - Excellent communication, team leadership, and stakeholder management skills - PMP/Prince2 and/or SAP module certification is a plus If you think you possess the required skills and experience for this role, please feel free to share your resume with us at cv@refrelay.com.,
