Job Description

You have over 20 years of relevant SAP and domain experience, with a strong knowledge of S/4 HANA Public Cloud product and a good understanding of business processes in the Professional Services Industry. You are well-versed in Agile and Activate methodologies and have experience in managing at least two projects in S/4HANA Cloud as a program lead. **Key Responsibilities:** - Responsible for the growth of the portfolio through farming within the portfolio and/or the account by managing the client stakeholders. - Work with the sales team to define governance and goals of the portfolio. - Plan and respond for the delivery of the projects within the portfolio. - Manage client relationships and improve CSAT feedback score. - Identify potential growth opportunities to improve customer impact and revenue. - Manage all projects within the portfolio with a target to grow. - Plan resources as per the current and potential pipeline. - Ensure 100% compliance with all Infosys OEI parameters and quality parameters. - Participate in all organization level activities. - Learn and imbibe emerging technologies with the ability to grow the portfolio on demands with these emerging technologies. **Qualifications Required:** - SAP experience in any of the following industries: Professional Services, Utility, Telecom, Oil and Gas, Public Sector, or Resources. - Strong domain knowledge in any of the mentioned industries. - Experience and proficiency in S/4 HANA products, with S/4 HANA Cloud product knowledge as an added advantage. - Proactive approach to problem-solving. - Experience in working in a Global Delivery Model (GDM) is an added advantage. - Excellent team management skills. - High analytical skills. - High degree of initiative and flexibility. - High customer orientation. - High quality awareness.,
