SAP Practice Manager

As the SAP Practice Manager at Adamas Tech Consulting, you will play a crucial role in leading and expanding our SAP delivery and consulting practice. With your deep SAP domain expertise, exceptional project management skills, and proven leadership abilities, you will drive successful SAP implementations and upgrades for our enterprise clients. Your responsibilities will include overseeing solution delivery, resource management, strategic planning, and defining the roadmap for SAP services in alignment with market trends and client requirements. You will actively manage full lifecycle SAP projects, collaborate with the sales team on client proposals, and build lasting relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and value delivery. Additionally, you will be responsible for hiring, mentoring, and developing SAP consultants across various modules such as FICO, MM, SD, HCM, SuccessFactors, and S/4HANA. Upholding best practices and quality standards in SAP engagements, tracking performance metrics, budgets, and project profitability, and staying updated with SAP innovations are also key aspects of your role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field, along with 10-15 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role in SAP project management or practice leadership. Your hands-on knowledge of SAP modules, architecture, integration points, and expertise in SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based solutions will be invaluable. Excellent client-facing, communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and team-building skills are essential for success in this role. Experience with the SAP partner ecosystem, exposure to emerging SAP technologies like SAP AI and SAP DataSphere, as well as knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies will be advantageous.
