SAP Practice Manager

Currently, we are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual for the role of GDS SAP Learning Manager to support the GDS SAP Learning Lead in executing and managing SAP learning initiatives across the GDS SAP practice. You will be responsible for various key areas including assisting in identifying learning needs across SAP competencies, supporting the planning and coordination of training programs, organizing SAP bootcamps and enablement sessions, and working closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of SAP training initiatives. Additionally, you will support campus recruitment initiatives, enhance development frameworks for new hires, maintain learning dashboards, and provide insights for continuous improvement in learning effectiveness and engagement. To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of SAP practice areas and learning needs, the ability to work in a global environment with multiple stakeholders, experience in coordinating learning programs in an Agile/Scrum setting, excellent communication and organizational skills, flexibility to work across time zones, and a proactive mindset focused on execution, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
