Position Overview

SAP PP/QM (Production Planning / Quality Management) Consultant

Key Responsibilities

SAP S/4HANA Implementation

• Lead and manage

  end-to-end greenfield S/4HANA

  projects within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Configure and optimize

  SAP PP and QM modules

  according to business and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate system

  integration, testing, cutover

  , and

  data migration

  activities.

Client Engagement

• Conduct client meetings to gather business requirements and deliver functional solutions.
  
• Facilitate workshops and walkthroughs with business stakeholders.
  
• Serve as a primary liaison between the client and internal project teams.
  

Consulting & Advisory

• Provide expert guidance on

  SAP PP/QM best practices

  and

  S/4HANA capabilities

  .
• Ensure alignment with industry regulations and compliance standards.
  
• Assess current systems and propose value-driven enhancements.
  

Project Management

• Develop and maintain

  project plans, schedules

  , and

  resource allocations

  .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical and functional consultants.
  
• Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  

Training & Documentation

• Prepare and deliver

  training sessions

  for end-users and stakeholders.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including

  process flows

  ,

  configuration guides

  , and

  user manuals

  .

Travel

• Willingness to travel to client sites as required, including international assignments.
  
• Flexibility to accommodate travel schedules based on project needs.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in

  Information Technology, Engineering, Finance

  , or a related field.
• Strong experience in

  SAP S/4HANA PP and QM

  module configuration and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with

  greenfield S/4HANA implementations

  .
• Domain knowledge in

  life sciences/pharmaceuticals

  , including regulatory compliance (e.g.,

  GxP

  ,

  CSV

  ,

  FDA 21 CFR Part 11

  ).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP

  S/4HANA Certification

  in PP or QM.
• Experience with

  Agile

  ,

  Waterfall

  , or

  hybrid

  project methodologies.
• Familiarity with

  SAP Activate methodology

  and

  Fiori

  applications.
• Experience in

  Computer System Validation (CSV)

  processes.
