Provide hypercare support for Production Planning (PP) modules during and after go-live. Troubleshoot and resolve production orders, MRP, BOM, routing, batch management, and shop-floor control issues. Work closely with business users to identify, analyze, and resolve functional problems. Manage incident, service request, and change request activities using ITSM tools. Support integrations with related modules such as MM, QM, PM, and SD. Perform configuration adjustments in line with S/4HANA 2025 best practices. Document functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for enhancements. Conduct user training, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live process stabilization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end process alignment. Monitor system performance and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
