SAP PP and QM expert (Assistant Manager IT)

As the subject matter expert in Production and Quality Management, your role will involve owning and managing SAP PP and QM Implementation in S/4 HANA for Intas and Accord Entities independently. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying SAP / Technical Solutions in the areas of PP and QM to achieve business goals. Your interactions with the business will help in understanding how business processes related to Production Execution, Production Planning, and Quality Management are applied within the IT systems used in Intas. It will be essential for you to coordinate with business and support partners to ensure timely resolution of incidents and delivery of Change Requests as per agreed timelines. Your partnership with the business will drive the implementation of PP and QM Solutions and Projects based on business requirements. Your responsibilities will also include writing Functional Specifications, leading projects with support from a delivery team, and managing the delivery of global rollouts of PP and QM projects in partnership with relevant stakeholders. Playing a key role in the full project lifecycle, from initial set-up to final delivery of results, will be crucial. You will lead and manage PP and QM solution delivery projects in a large global environment, managing multiple stakeholders effectively. In terms of qualifications, you should hold a B.Tech/M.Tech/MBA degree and have proven experience in delivering PP and QM projects and solutions in an SAP environment for the manufacturing industry on a global platform. Pharma industry experience and expertise in mapping business requirements to optimal technical solutions in SAP are preferred. Knowledge of SAP PP-PI & QM module configuration, S/4 HANA embedded PPDS, and other related aspects is essential. Your experience with production planning, integration with other planning solutions, and handling WRICEFs in areas of PP and QM will be beneficial. Ideally, you should have worked on at least 2-3 full life cycles of SAP PP and QM transformations and have 5+ years of experience with PP and QM solutions from SAP. A minimum of 4-5 years of Full Life Cycle Experience in Production and Quality Management, including global and European implementation/rollouts, is required. Holding a SAP Certification in PP/QM Modules of SAP is preferred. Your 5-8+ years of experience in this field, along with your ability to deliver results in a complex/global environment and solve complex business and process problems, will be instrumental in your success in this role.,
