SAP PP and QM expert (Assistant Manager IT)

As the subject matter expert on Production and Quality Management, you will be responsible for owning and managing SAP PP and QM Implementation in S/4 HANA for Intas and Accord Entities independently. Your key responsibilities include: - Designing, implementing, and deploying SAP/Technical Solutions in areas of PP and QM to achieve business goals - Interacting with business to understand and align business processes relating to Production Execution, Production Planning, and Quality Management with IT systems used in Intas - Coordinating with business and support partners to ensure timely resolution of incidents and delivery of Change Requests - Partnering with the business to implement PP and QM Solutions and Projects as per business requirements - Writing Functional Specifications and leading projects with support from a delivery team - Owning and delivering global rollouts of PP and QM projects in partnership with relevant stakeholders - Leading and managing PP and QM solution delivery projects in a large global environment managing multiple stakeholders Essential qualifications and experience required for this role: - Proven experience in delivering PP and QM projects and solutions into SAP environment for the manufacturing industry at a global platform - Preferably have Pharma Industry experience and managed PP and QM solutions and business processes - Expertise in understanding and mapping business requirements to optimal technical solutions in SAP - Knowledge of configuration of SAP PP-PI & QM module, S/4 HANA embedded PPDS, Flexible Planning, MRP Live, demand management, capacity requirement planning, etc. - Experience with SAP S/4 HANA PP-PI, production planning, and integration with other planning solutions - Integration knowledge with other SAP and third-party solutions especially SAP EWM & MES - Exposure to Cross Company Code Processes, Design & Solution Setup, handling WRICEFs in areas PP and QM - Proven ability to deliver results in a complex/global environment and solve complex business and process problems - GxP Knowledge & Understanding Qualifications required: - B.Tech/M.Tech/MBA - Worked on at least 2-3 full life cycles of SAP PP and QM transformations - 5+ years of experience with PP and QM solutions from SAP - Minimal 4-5 years of Full Life Cycle Experience in Production and Quality Management including Global and European implementation/Rollouts - Preferred to have SAP Certification in PP/QM Modules of SAP Experience: 5-8+ Years,
