Job Overview SAP Process Leads with 15+ years SAP and 45 years of industry experience having expert-level knowledge of a primary process area and integrations with other process streams A good understanding of at least one industry domain and complete value chain; having executed multiple SAP engagements with customers in the industry Lead SAP adoption initiatives in the context of digital transformation and demonstrate clear business value Lead large strategic SAP transformation deals with global scope; take end-to-end responsibility of SAP solutioning for the respective track across geographies Drive solution strategy by working with sales/account teams and partners in alignment with client priorities and competitive landscape Defend developed solutions and offerings at BU/MU/SBU level internally Plan, lead, and present solutions in client meetings, orals, and workshops Interact with customers, understand requirements, and propose tailored methodologies and solutions Drive innovation and transformation agendas in large accounts; ensure delivery and solution assurance Support and guide capability (CoE) offerings and solution development Provide expert support to project delivery engagements Collaborate with delivery managers on performance evaluation and feedback processes Guide and mentor a team of architects/SMEs and enhance solutioning capabilities through reusability and automation Primary Skills 1520 years of SAP solution and delivery experience with a functional background in planning and production execution Excellent knowledge of S/4HANA Production Planning and Quality Management; implementation experience in MTS, MTO, PP-PI, MRP, Sub-contracting, and shop floor execution Experience in IBP modules including Demand, S&OP, R&S, Inventory with CI-DS and RTI Global implementation experience with template design, build, and rollout Familiarity with Agile methodologies for design and build phases Expertise in SAP S/4HANA architecture, greenfield/brownfield implementation.
