SAP Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning – Develop and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Team Leadership – Lead cross-functional teams including SAP consultants, developers, and end-users.
• Stakeholder Management – Maintain clear communication with sponsors, business leaders, and technical teams.
• Risk & Issue Management – Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively.
• Quality Assurance – Ensure project deliverables meet agreed business and technical standards.
• SAP Implementation Oversight – Supervise configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  

Requirements

• SAP Expertise: Strong knowledge of SAP ERP, S/4HANA, and associated solutions.
• Project Management Experience: Proven track record in delivering SAP implementation and upgrade projects.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate, guide, and manage diverse teams.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Preferred Background: Experience working as an SAP technical developer (e.g., ABAP) before moving into project management.
• Certifications: PMP, SAP ABAP, or other relevant SAP certifications (preferred).

• Industry Experience: Manufacturing, finance, or other domain-specific exposure.
• Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of agile delivery frameworks.
• Cloud SAP Solutions: Experience in cloud-based SAP deployments.
