About the Role

Roles & Responsibilities
Provide on-demand support to Global Business Process teams, Operational Divisions, and partners responsible for data center administration (database management, upgrades, performance optimization). Take accountability for solution issues escalated to the Global Support team by ensuring timely analysis, response, fixing, testing, and proper closure of tickets as per the defined process. Support includes functional analysis, feedback, and recommendations. Review release contents within the functional area and recommend the most effective testing strategy. Coordinate with regional/local support teams and the testing factory to ensure proper execution of release validation processes. Analyze, challenge, and validate recommendations and actions related to the assigned functional area. Collaborate with the Global Data Excellence team and Business Process Leaders for problem resolution, process improvement, and enhancement initiatives. Contribute to reviewing, validating, and specifying core bugs and enhancements, including participation in testing and validation activities. Possess strong SAP and functional knowledge in Plant Maintenance (PM) and Asset Management processes. Demonstrate experience in application support, SLAs, CHR delivery processes, customer requirement management, and SAP project implementation activities. Proficient and well-versed in SAP S/4HANA for the SE UNIFY Journey, including: Analyzing business requirements and translating them into SAP S/4HANA functional specifications across relevant modules (MM, SD, PP, FI/CO, QM, PM). Configuring and customizing SAP S/4HANA modules to align with business processes and global UNIFY standards. Collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless module integration and third-party system interfacing. Conducting unit testing, integration testing, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Providing end-user training and preparing functional documentation and SOPs. Education BE / B.Tech Graduate Experience 10 Years Skill Set Required SAP AM / PM
