SAP PM Senior Consultant

As a Support Analyst in this role, you will be responsible for providing on-demand support to Global Business Process teams, Operational Divisions, and partners involved in data center administration. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring timely analysis, response, fixing, testing, and proper closure of solution issues escalated to the Global Support team - Reviewing release contents and recommending effective testing strategies - Coordinating with regional/local support teams and testing factory for release validation processes - Analyzing, challenging, and validating recommendations and actions in your assigned functional area - Collaborating with Global Data Excellence team and Business Process Leaders for problem resolution and enhancement initiatives - Reviewing, validating, and specifying core bugs and enhancements, and participating in testing activities - Demonstrating strong SAP and functional knowledge in Plant Maintenance (PM) and Asset Management processes - Supporting application, SLAs, CHR delivery processes, customer requirement management, and SAP project implementation activities - Proficient in SAP S/4HANA for the SE UNIFY Journey, including analyzing business requirements, configuring modules, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting testing, providing end-user training, and preparing documentation Qualifications for this role include: - Education: BE / B.Tech Graduate - Experience: 10 Years - Skill Set Required: SAP AM / PM Please note that the additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.,
