Job Description

As a SAP Order to Cash Competency Lead, you will be responsible for building capabilities on newer technologies within the SAP scope. Your main tasks will include the following: - Set up the Road map and Strategy for SAP Order to Cash Competency by analyzing market demand and SAP focus. - Manage upskilling and cross-skilling of functional consultants by conducting trainings, workshops, POCs, and knowledge sharing sessions. You will also groom young professionals for project work. - Provide functional support to troubled projects by offering subject matter expertise and recruiting the right team members based on project demands. - Monitor the bench of SAP OTC resources regularly and deploy them in projects as billable after preparing them. - Form functional communities with assigned leads to focus on upskilling, functional support, designing Product Oriented Delivery (POD), grooming young professionals, and billing. - Build a culture of knowledge sharing among the team members. - Collaborate with RMG and other Competency Leads as required. - Utilize strong leadership skills to lead a capability of 2000+ people across multiple locations in India. - Conduct client presentations, lead POC developments, and contribute to RFP responses. - Demonstrate hands-on experience with SAP OTC skills such as SD, LE, TM, GTS, Vistex, CS, BRIM & IS Retail, as well as new SAP technologies like S/4 HANA, ATTP, and exposure to GenAI. - Possess good knowledge and understanding of the new features introduced with each new version of SAP S/4HANA. - Have integration knowledge with other SAP functional modules. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 20 years of overall experience with at least 15 years in the SAP Order to Cash area. - 18+ years of experience in SAP, including delivery of S/4 transformation programs, capability building on newer technologies, managing talent aspirations, and career paths.
