Description
As a SAP SD Senior Analyst at Koch Industries, you will be part of an international team focused on designing, developing, and delivering new applications for the organization. Koch Industries, a global organization with over 120,000 employees worldwide, is establishing the Koch Capability Center (KCC) in India to expand its IT operations and drive innovation. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to building out the Koch Capability Center and work closely with global colleagues, providing you with valuable international exposure. Key Responsibilities: - Work with the Georgia-Pacific Consumer Products IT organization as part of the Order to Cash team - Collaborate with key business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on day-to-day support, new requirements, enhancements, and projects - Design, develop, and configure SAP SD solutions in an S/4 HANA landscape - Support upgrades, enhancements, and future projects - Troubleshoot customer-reported issues and provide day-to-day user support - Analyze complex business problems to offer solution alternatives and recommendations - Partner with business SMEs to deliver and support required solutions aligned with overall business strategies - Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into functional and technical solutions - Drive enhancements and contribute to projects across all phases from requirements to implementation and support - Create and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, and other documentation - Develop and execute test plans including unit and integration testing - Work collaboratively with a team of SAP functional and technical resources Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field - Minimum 5 years of experience working with SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) - Functional/technical proficiency in designing, configuring, and implementing SAP SD - Strong hands-on configuration experience in order management, pricing, billing, aATP, EDI, and master data - Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and solve problems related to SAP SD - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Preferred qualifications include experience with Ortec, SAP ABAP troubleshooting knowledge, SAP S/4 HANA implementation experience, consumer products industry experience, or process manufacturing industries - Participation in an on-call rotation for support is beneficial Koch Industries values individual contributions and encourages employees to challenge the status quo, innovate, and create value.
