Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Order-to-Cash OTC Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Vertex tax integration
The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting tax determination and compliance processes within the SAP OTC landscape, ensuring accurate and automated tax calculations across global business transactions
Key Responsibilities Lead and support SAP OTC functional design and configuration with a focus on Vertex tax integration
Collaborate with finance and tax teams to ensure accurate setup of tax codes, jurisdictions, and determination rules
Configure and validate tax-relevant master root and transactional root in sales order, billing, and invoicing processes
Integrate SAP with Vertex O Series for real-time tax calculation, ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations
Troubleshoot tax discrepancies and support issue resolution between SAP and Vertex systems
Participate in testing, documentation, and user training for new or enhanced tax solutions
Provide ongoing production support and ensure tax accuracy in end-to-end OTC flows
