SAP MDG Architect

Role Overview: As a Solution Architect at Wipro Limited, your role is to create exceptional architectural solution designs and provide thought leadership to enable delivery teams to deliver exceptional client engagement and satisfaction. You will be responsible for developing architectural solutions for new deals and major change requests, analyzing technology environments and client requirements, providing technical leadership, and ensuring the quality assurance of all architecture or design decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop architectural solutions for new deals and major change requests, ensuring scalability, reliability, and manageability of systems - Provide solutioning for RFPs received from clients and ensure overall design assurance - Develop a direction to manage the portfolio of solutions in order to better match business outcome objectives - Analyze technology environment, enterprise specifics, and client requirements to set a collaboration solution design framework - Define current state solutions, identify improvements and options, and define target state solutions - Articulate and document architectural targets, recommendations, and reusable patterns - Evaluate and recommend solutions to integrate with the overall technology ecosystem - Collaborate with various IT groups to transition tasks, ensure performance, and manage issues to resolution - Provide technical and strategic input during project planning phase - Enable delivery teams by providing optimal delivery solutions and frameworks - Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to become a trusted advisor - Manage multiple projects, report status accurately, and identify risks with mitigation plans - Ensure quality assurance of all architecture or design decisions and provide technical support to delivery teams - Recommend tools for reuse and automation to improve productivity - Develop and maintain enterprise framework and related artefacts - Ensure architecture principles and standards are consistently applied to all projects - Support pre-sales team in presenting solution design to clients and negotiate requirements - Develop Proof of Concepts, case studies, and demos for new growth areas - Develop Wipro's point of view on solution design and architecture through white papers and blogs - Attain market recognition through analyst rankings, client testimonials, and partner credits - Mentor developers, designers, and junior architects for their career development - Contribute to the architecture practice through selection interviews and more Qualifications Required: - Completion of necessary trainings and certifications - Strong technical capability and thought leadership - Ability to lead and drive engagement initiatives - Track record of team management, talent development, and performance management About the Company: Wipro Limited is a leading technology services and consulting company focused on building innovative solutions for clients" digital transformation needs.
