Please share your CV on sv17@svmanagement.comRole: The Lead of Information Technology (IT) for a manufacturing plant is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the management of SAP, IT systems, IT Infrastructure and services to support the manufacturing operations. He should collaborate with plant leadership, department heads, and corporate IT teams to align technology solutions with business objectives and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes. Skills: SAP particularly in Production Planning-PP, Materials Management-MM & Plant Maintenance-PM IT Infrastructure and IT Security Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and IoT Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in IT leadership roles within manufacturing environments, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, systems, and technologies. In-depth knowledge of SAP, manufacturing execution systems (MES), and industrial automation technologies. Proficiency in IT infrastructure management, including networking, servers, virtualization, and cybersecurity within manufacturing environments. Experience with digital manufacturing technologies, such as IoT, AI, robotics, and data analytics, and their applications in optimizing production processes. Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading IT initiatives and projects within manufacturing settings. Excellent communication and presentation skills Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to manufacturing IT, cybersecurity, and data privacy.
