Job Description

Configuration & Implementation
: Configure and implement SAP IS-Retail modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Requirement Analysis & Solution Design
: Conduct requirement analysis and design functional solutions to meet business needs.
Integration
: Integrate SAP with POS, Loyalty, and Tax systems to ensure seamless data flow and process integration.
Data Migration & Testing
: Support data migration activities, conduct testing, and ensure data integrity during the transition.
User Training & Support
: Provide training to end-users and offer post-implementation support to ensure smooth adoption of the system.
Collaboration
: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end delivery of SAP Retail solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

SAP IS-Retail Expertise
: Strong experience in configuring and implementing SAP IS-Retail modules.
Experience with AFS/FMS/S4 Fashion
: Mandatory experience with AFS/FMS/S4 Fashion, along with a solid understanding of S4 and CAR (Customer Activity Repository).
Retail Business Process Knowledge
: In-depth understanding of retail business processes, including merchandise management, pricing, promotions, and sales audit.
Integration Experience
: Experience in integrating SAP with external systems such as POS, Loyalty, and Tax systems.
Data Migration & Testing
: Hands-on experience in data migration activities and conducting testing to ensure system integrity.
User Training
: Ability to train end-users and provide support during and after implementation.
Communication Skills
: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
