Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a SAP Inside Sales position located in Ahmedabad. The SAP Inside Sales role involves lead generation, managing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires proactive communication with clients, understanding their needs, and providing suitable solutions. Daily tasks include identifying potential customers, following up on leads, managing customer inquiries, and collaborating with the sales team to reach targets.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Knowledge of SAP products and services is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record in sales or relevant experience
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
