Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to develop innovative solutions and enhance application functionality. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Develop and implement software solutions to meet business requirements.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and address technical issues.- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to enhance application performance.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve application development processes.- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to ensure seamless functionality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Personnel Administration.- Strong understanding of SAP HCM modules and functionalities.- Experience in designing and configuring SAP HCM solutions.- Knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies and best practices.- Hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development for custom enhancements. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP HCM Personnel Administration.- This position is based at our Chennai office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
